Exchange and return

We are certain we make good quality products. But if, despite all our care, one of our articles isn't what you were expecting, we guarantee to exchange it or reimburse you for it.

The articles you send back must be in perfect condition, not washed nor worn. You have 14 days after you receive your package to send back the article(s) that you don't want, for whatever reason.

To send us the article(s):

  • Connect to your account.
  • Go into your order history.
  • Open the order containing the article(s) you want to return.
  • Select the article(s) and fill in the form at the bottom of the page.
  • Put the article(s) in the original packaging or a cardboard box and make sure it is securely fastened.
  • Make sure you include your instructions: reimbursement, credit note or exchange. If at all possible include the original invoice.
